Coaching is working with the now and moving forward towards the client’s vision of what they want in their life and career and who they want to be

The coaching model I use is the co-active model and is defined as:

"An ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses, or organisations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life"

-"Co-Active Coaching, 2nd Edition", (Whitworth, Kimsey-House, Kimsey House, Sandal)

I use this particular model because I feel that it is the most comprehensive model that focuses on the big picture of people’s lives rather than simply getting from A to B; however it includes that too! It is an intuitive model where time can be given to exploring thoughts and feelings and it creates a space between coach and client that empowers them both within the coaching relationship. It is a fantastic way to explore and be supported while striving to achieve your career ambitions.
